the staff woudl ve been more helpful if they weren’t too busy chatting among themselves, completely ignoring guests like myself. also, I didn’t even recieve a simple complimentary welcome drink despite my evident need for refreshment after traveling. and honestly, the breakfast was an absolute joke for 10 euros, they really need to step it up.
